A collection of stories, songs and poetry
The third year of the Brighde-Brigantia training is focused entirely around the exploration of the
Goddess Brigantia, as Lady of the different aspects and areas of the Celtic Isles and its mythology.
In 2020, this exploration has not only taken these Priestesses and Priest of Brigantia to places they
were not physically able to travel, but also to the other worlds of these Celtic lands.
Do not be surprised if you encounter dragons and selkies and otherworldly beings in these songs,
poems and stories, and let yourself be carried away to the worldly and magical realms of Brigantia as
sovereign of the land!
We hope you will enjoy this experience!
With Bright Blessings!
The 3rd year students of the
Brighde-Brigantia training 2020
Review
Well this is actually quite a nice book written with material from students from the third year of Marion's course.
I followed this course in the Netherlands and dropped out in the first year. Not the Goddess Brigid but Marion's own
philosophy was central in this course and that was projected onto the Goddess Brigid. A vague New Age course with Greek elements (Unicorn, Phoenix),
Indian elements (Chakras, kundalini) and even pseudo Hawaiian elements such as Huna and
Ho'opohopoho. Of course these New Age vaguenesses have also
penetrated this book, but I didn't mind it that much. The book is not as bad as the course so...
In this book you will find poems and stories from the students. The booklet is completely filled with own material, inspired by Brigantia,
old myths, own associations, the associations from the course... The booklet may be a nice souvenir for the students, for me it had no added value.
So just leave it on the shelf.
